Mission Statement
We are a family owned and operated micro coffee roaster. We believe that each cup of coffee should be as good as the first; that is why we roast in small batches to always ensure freshness. We have been in the coffee roasting business for some 18 years, and have owned coffee houses in the states of Oregon, Hawaii and Arizona. We are excited to bring our love of quality coffee to Ashland!
Each coffee we roast is selected for its individual complexity, because drinking coffee should be pleasurable and memorable. We choose to roast only organic, shade grown, fair-trade beans. We encourage each business owner that we meet to consider the benefits of our standards. Participating in fair-trade means a sustainable quality of life for the farmers and their families and guaranteed quality product.
